Who are we– Anthemion Apartment Edinburgh is owned and managed by Jan and Mark Recht, and is our holiday home which we also rent out for short term lets . Why we need your data-
We need to know your personal data to provide you with a quote for a holiday or to process and manage your booking and stay and notify you of any changes to our services prior to your stay. We do not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide you with this service. We do not collect payment information from you, as this is handled by a GDPR-compliant third party.
What types of data do we collect-
Quote– Name, email, address and telephone number.
Booking-Amount and names of all guest members, address of lead booker, email, telephone number, any personal requirements, payment arrangements.
Who do we share your information with?
We will only share your basic information (Name, dates of stay and specific requirements) with our designated Management Company. You will be given the company name, data protection officer and contact information of the Management Company prior to your stay.
How do we treat your information?
All details that you give to Jan and Mark Recht through Anthemion Apartment Edinburgh at any time will be kept for the period of your booking and holiday. We are required under UK tax law to keep basic information on the lead booker, such as your name, address and contact details for a maximum of 6 years after which it will be destroyed. We hold your information securely and do not share this information with any third parties other than as set out in this statement. We do not hold information for marketing purposes, unless you specifically opt into this service from us.
