Relax in comfort in the spacious, light-filled living room. There are books aplenty to read – just browse our antique bookcase. If you want to write, or to work at your laptop (we have unlimited wifi!) then sit yourself at the Georgian bureau and enjoy.
The comfortable feather-filled cushions of the two double sofas let you sink in and relax after a hard day’s sight-seeing. And there are plenty of board games for family nights in.

Although it’s easy to imagine yourself swept back in time to 19th century Scotland, when it comes to convenience you have everything you need for 21st century life!
As a welcome, we provide some tea and coffee for your first cuppa, as well as some dishwasher and washing machine products to get you started.
The kitchen, with plenty of space for dining, is equipped with everything you need for your stay. There’s a microwave oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, fan oven,warming drawer – there’s even a wine cooling fridge. We’ve tried to think ofthe little things that you might want and hope that you’ll find every convenience as you cook, eat and generally chill out.

The modern, spacious shower room has a large shower and double wash hand basins.
Great pressure from the luxurious rainfall-style shower, complimentary toiletries supplied.
OUR BEDROOMS – have a good night’s sleep!
With the hustle and bustle of the city, it’s lovely to have a comfortable bed to lay your head on. Our bedrooms can be equipped with two twin or one superkingsize bed with Scandinavian-style duvets. By default we have one superking and two twin. Each bed has a mattress topper, there are plenty of pillows and, should you need them, extra blankets are available. Sleep well!
Both bedrooms have original, working shutters and have antique furniture.
With mattress toppers and snuggly duvets, you will be warm and comfortable.We’ve kept the decor of both bedrooms in traditional style, to acknowledge the history and charm of the apartment.
But with modern central heating to keep you warm!
